Changes to arrivals and departures in Hamburg Steinwerder

The parking procedures of the provider Parken und Meer at the Hamburg Steinwerder terminal have changed with immediate effect. These changes apply to all parking reservations and affect passengers on the cruise ships AIDAprima, MSC Preziosa, AIDAPerla, AIDAluna, Mein Schiff 1, AIDAnova, Queen Anne and Mein Schiff 7 from Steinwerder:

On arrival: On arrival at the terminal, please follow the signs to parking area A. The camera at the entrance barrier will recognize the license plate number given at the time of booking and the barrier will open. Follow the PARKEN & MEER signs to the correct parking row. Then go to the PARKEN & MEER office (to the left of the two terminal entrances) and register. The parking confirmation will be handed out here. Please note: Arrivals are only possible from 11:00 am!

On departure: Please report to the parking and MEER crew at the terminal exit first. Have the parking confirmation ready and hand it to the parking and MEER crew when you leave the parking row. The exit barrier opens automatically with the registered license plate.
